Intra company transfer
Apply for Immigration to Canada from Dubai via Intra Company Transfer Program.
Under the ICT program, all eligible companies which are operational for at least 1 year and have a decent performance in the home country can transfer their qualified employees/owners to Canada
The nominated employee who qualifies for the program will obtain a work permit and are exempt from LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment), the employee can manage a particular branch of the corporation. Later the person can apply for permanent residency in Canada along with their dependents which is spouse and kids only.
Requirements
- Need to be either Partner / Owner, Any Senior Position / Management Employee
- There is no LMIA requirement
- No limitation on age bracket
- Investment is not a must as a minimum requirement
- English exam scores are not required to be higher.
