Agreement for Study Abroad Consulting Profile Building Packages
These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and obligations of both the consulting agency (AR International) and the student (client) in relation to the Profile Building Service. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following:
1. Service Inclusions
Our Profile Building Service provides one-on-one mentorship designed to help students build a strong, admissions-ready and career-focused profile. The service includes:
– Guidance to identify and take on meaningful leadership roles.
– Assistance in finding internships aligned with the student’s future academic and career goals.
– Support in engaging in purposeful community service and volunteering activities.
– Mentorship to conceptualize, plan, and execute personal projects that stand out.
– Creating and refining professional resumes tailored for university applications, internships, and early career opportunities.
– Continuous guidance through calls, emails, and check-ins to monitor progress and ensure impactful profile development.
2. Payment Terms
– Fees: Full payment of USD 1,500 (AED 5,505) is required before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque only.
– Refunds: All payments made toward this service are non-refundable.
All fees charged are strictly for advisory and mentorship services. Any additional expenses related to internships, project execution, certifications, travel, event participation, materials, or any other out-of-pocket costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
3. Service Delivery
– Consultations: Initial mentorship sessions will be scheduled within 5 working days of payment confirmation. Sessions may be conducted via phone, video call, or in-person, depending on availability.
– Communication: Clients will receive ongoing updates and guidance regarding recommended activities, internships, or project progress. However, timely responses and follow-ups from the client are essential to ensure progress.
– Turnaround Time: The effectiveness and timeline of the profile-building process depend heavily on the client’s willingness, participation, and timely execution of recommended activities.
– Office Timings: Our office hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday is our weekly holiday. Profile-building guidance is not offered on Sundays or public holidays.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
– Participate actively in all assigned tasks, mentorship sessions, and recommended activities.
– Provide truthful information regarding academic performance, interests, achievements, and background.
– Complete tasks, internships, community work, or project milestones within agreed timelines.
– Inform the agency of any changes to academic interests, availability, or personal circumstances that may affect the service.
– Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and commitment throughout the program.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay progress or reduce the impact of the final profile, for which the agency is not liable.
5. Validity
This contract is valid for one (1) year from the date of signing. The service will remain active for the entire duration unless terminated earlier under the terms outlined herein. Renewal or extension of the contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
6. No Guarantees
– While AR International will provide expert mentorship and structured guidance, the agency cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as admission results, internship placement, project recognition, or leadership positions.
– All outcomes depend on individual effort, external opportunities, and third-party decision-making bodies beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality
– All personal, academic, and professional information shared by the client will remain confidential and used solely for providing the profile-building service.
– Information may be shared with trusted agency partners, networks, or organizations when required to support the client’s development (such as internship providers).
– The client grants permission to AR International to use success stories or achievements for promotional purposes after securing their consent.
– Clients may not share, distribute, or disclose any templates, guides, strategies, or proprietary materials with any third party without written permission from AR International.
8. Changes to Services
The agency reserves the right to alter or update its service offerings, structure, or fees at any time. Such changes will not affect services already contracted and paid for by the client.
9. Limitations of Liability
AR International will not be liable for:
– Delays caused by the client’s lack of participation or failure to complete assigned tasks.
– The unavailability of internships, project opportunities, or community work due to external market or seasonal conditions.
– Denial or rejection from internship providers, project partners, or community organizations.
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
10. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
– The client may terminate at any time; however, no refunds will be issued.
– The agency may terminate services if the client is uncooperative, consistently unresponsive, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising under this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
12. Amendments
AR International reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes applying to future clients only. The latest version will be available on our website or provided upon request.
Acknowledgment
By proceeding with this service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. Any questions or clarifications must be raised prior to entering the agreement.
