India(Hindi: Bharat), officially the Republic of India, is the seventh-largest country by area and is a country in South Asia. It is the second-most populous country and also the most populous democracy in the world. India is home to 1.4 billion people, which is almost one-sixth of the world’s population. India is home to many, who belong to a variety of ethnicities and religions.
Almost 94% of the world’s Hindus live in India, there also are substantial populations of Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and adherents of folk religions. There are different routes to enter India as per the prevailing immigration laws and regulations.
