The decision to grant or deny a visa is solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities. Our role is to assist and support you throughout the application process.

2. Advisory and Consulting Fees

The fees charged by Abroad Routes are for advisory and consulting purposes only. These fees cover our expertise, guidance, and administrative support. Once the process is initiated, these fees are considered earned and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your visa application.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

- Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or assessments are non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Fees paid for our services, including but not limited to document preparation, application review, and submission assistance, are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to third-party service providers, such as language testing centers, credential evaluation agencies, and government application fees, are non-refundable and beyond our control.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Withdrawal: If you decide to withdraw within 24 hours upon the payment made, a partial refund may be considered, minus any administrative fees and costs already incurred which is at the sole discretion of the company.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Submit a Request: Email your refund request to info@abroadroutes.com with your full name, contact information, service agreement number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
2. Review and Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 14 business days. We may request additional information to process your request.
3. Refund Decision: If approved, refunds will be processed within 90 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and to the client who registered.
