By proceeding with the online payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all services offered under the company and govern your relationship with our consultancy during the service engagement.
1. Service Scope and Acknowledgment
The payment is made for consultancy, advisory, documentation support, and application assistance services only.
The company does not guarantee visa approvals, university admission, job offers, or investment outcomes.
We are not a government body, embassy, or legal authority; we act as intermediaries guiding you through the process.
2. Specific Service-Based Scope
We provide professional assistance across various international pathways including permanent residency services for countries such as Australia and Canada, study visa, global mobility (work opportunities), investment-based immigration, job search support, tourist visa filing, and 2nd passport programs. Our services include but are not limited to: guidance on university or program selection, documentation support, SOP editing, CV/resume enhancement, legal liaison where applicable, visa filing assistance, and coordination with third-party representatives such as lawyers, employers, or licensed agents.
While we strive to provide accurate advice and diligent support throughout the process, it is important to note that all visa outcomes, immigration approvals, job offers, or admissions are subject solely to the discretion of respective embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or institutions. The company and its employees or their subordinate parties does not guarantee approvals, job placements, or residency grants. Clients are responsible for acknowledging and accepting the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to government policy changes, market conditions, and third-party decisions, beyond our control.
3. Payment Terms
*All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
*Payments are split into registration and balance amounts (milestone-based) depending on the service selected.
*The registration fee covers preliminary consultation and processing, even if you later decide not to proceed.
* Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to third-party service providers, such as language testing centers, credential evaluation agencies, and government application fees, are non-refundable and beyond our control.
- * No cash payments are to be made to any employee, either within or outside office premises. All official payments must be made via bank transfer, official payment links, or directly on the respective government or institutional portals. The company will not be held liable for any losses or claims arising from unauthorized or undocumented cash transactions.
4. No Guarantee Clause
*Visa Approvals: Final decisions rest solely with the immigration authorities of the respective country. Outcomes may differ based on individual eligibility, documentation, and official assessments.
*Job Offer Letters: Employment offers are entirely dependent on employers’ selection processes, requirements, and internal policies. The company cannot assure job placements.
*Admission Confirmations: Acceptance into educational institutions is subject to the institution’s own criteria, document verification, and seat availability.
*Investment Returns (If applicable): Residency visa or 2nd passport obtained through various programs are subject to market/geopolitical/immigration programs conditions and all investments carry inherent risks and other factors beyond the company’s control.
*Processing Timelines: Application durations are determined by the relevant authorities and may be delayed due to workload, policy changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
*Document Approvals or Endorsements: Any attestation, legalization, or verification is at the discretion of the issuing authority or embassy and cannot be assured.
*Policy or Regulation Stability: Immigration, education, and employment policies may change without prior notice, potentially impacting applications in process.
*Third-Party Services or Outcomes: Services such as translation, courier, or verification are dependent on third-party providers, and delays or errors cannot be guaranteed against.
*Client’s Eligibility or Compliance: The onus remains on the client to meet eligibility requirements, provide truthful and accurate information, and adhere to legal obligations
5. Client Responsibilities and Acknowledgements
* Clients must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at all times.
* All requested documents must be submitted promptly to avoid processing delays.
* Any form of misconduct, harassment, or defamation—whether in person or online—towards the company, it’s staff, associates, or third-party partners will be treated as a legal offense. Such actions will be subject to UAE law, and the client will be held liable for all resulting damages.
* Clients must understand and accept that delays, rejections, or negative outcomes arising from submission of false documents, lack of cooperation, or external factors (e.g., embassy decisions, government policy changes) are not the responsibility of the company.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels the process after initiation, any fees paid will be forfeited.
- Any fees paid to third parties are nonrefundable as outlined in point number 3 under payment terms.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and is used solely for processing their application.

8. Limitation of Liability
The company provides advisory and support services in good faith, based on the information provided by the client and third-party sources. However, the company shall not be held liable for any delays, denials, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
* Changes in immigration laws, embassy procedures, or government regulations
* Delays or decisions by embassies, consulates, universities, employers, or other authorities
* Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or any force majeure event
* Technical failures, internet or power outages, or third-party service interruptions
* Withdrawal of job offers or suspension of migration/investment programs
* Client’s failure to provide accurate, timely, or complete documentation or information
* Human errors – While utmost care is taken in processing and advising, clients are responsible for cross-verifying all documents, details, and application content prior to submission.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dubai, UAE.
